We have a strong track record in CAPACITY BUILDING and LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT. This work is underpinned by a deep understanding of both:
- the sociological features of groups and
- the psychological make-up of individuals.
We enhance capacity in three ways:
- Individual coaching and participatory courses
We help individuals to increase their insight and emotional intelligence, particularly as this relates to their workplace and/or leadership performance.
We create an improved climate which has both an additive effect (each person’s change increases the pool) and a synergistic effect (one person’s growth aids and expands the growth of others).
- Working with leadership and management groups
We help leadership groups to identify the structural, cultural, behavioural and organisational barriers to performance, in the process surfacing both their underlying assumptions and tensions and find constructive ways to implement change.
